These terms apply to all customers, including those using VPS hosting, cloud hosting, web hosting, and game server hosting.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Services are provisioned after payment is confirmed. Provisioning times vary by product and are typically completed shortly after a successful transaction. Resource allocations are described on the relevant product or pricing page.

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal content, network abuse, and any activity that compromises the integrity of our infrastructure or other customers.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens our infrastructure or other customers. You may cancel your services at any time through the billing portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBMods Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
