Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines acceptable and prohibited conduct when using HBMods Hosting services. It exists to protect our customers, infrastructure, and the wider internet community.

You may not use our services to host, store, or transmit content that is:

• Illegal under any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Malicious, including malware, viruses, or phishing materials.
• Exploitative or harmful, including child sexual abuse material.

The following network and system activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of networks or systems.
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks from or through our network.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.
• Any activity that degrades performance for other customers.

Your use of shared resources must not negatively impact other customers. We may take action to protect the stability and performance of our infrastructure, including throttling or suspending abusive workloads.

Game servers must comply with the licensing terms of the games and mods you run. You are responsible for moderating content and conduct within communities you host.

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services, depending on severity. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.
