This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for HBMods Hosting services. We aim to be fair and transparent about billing and refunds.

Eligible new hosting services may qualify for a money-back guarantee within the first 48 hours of the initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only and excludes setup fees and add-ons.

Certain charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Renewal payments after the initial guarantee period.
• Domain registrations and licenses purchased on your behalf.
• Services terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Setup fees and one-time configuration charges.

To request a refund, contact our support team through the billing portal or by email with your account details and reason for the request. We will review eligible requests promptly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in suspension of services while the dispute is resolved.
